Ombre powdered brows is a technique used in the permanent makeup world to create a soft makeup look on the brows. This technique is created by using a microshading tool that inserts thousands of tiny pixels of pigment into the skin making the brows look shaded from light to dark so that it can make a beautifully and evenly shaded brow .
